HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER WITH MANGE  TOUT?
 

We are able to process your order (i) Online, (ii) Over Live Chat, and (iii) By Phone.

(i) Online - Once you have selected the item, please click on Order Now and proceed to Secure Checkout.

(ii) By Phone - Please call +971 4 3966433 during our office hours (9.00am – 6.00pm) and we will be glad to place the order for you.

IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ONLINE?

All credit card information is processed securely using SSL certificates, which follow world-class standards in online credit card protection. 

IF I CANCEL MY ORDER DO I GET A FULL REFUND?

Orders can be cancelled and a full refund given if the cancellation is requested minimum of 24 hours prior to the delivery date. If an order has been shipped, shipping fees are non-refundable.    In the case of perishable items such as cakes, flowers, chocolate, fruit, etc. then 50% of the product purchased is also non-refundable.

I DO NOT HAVE THE EXACT ADDRESS, JUST A TELEPHONE NUMBER AND THE ROUGH AREA OF THE RECIPIENT - CAN YOU STILL DELIVER?

In most cases, we require a complete delivery address. However, as long as the telephone number is operational we will try to contact the recipient and obtain the delivery address from him or her.

HOW CAN I BE SURE THAT THE PRODUCTS ARRIVE IN GOOD CONDITION?

All flowers and hampers are prepared fresh every morning. The items are delivered in temperature controlled vans to ensure that everything is delivered in pristine condition. If you’re unsatisfied with a delivered product, kindly contact customer service and we’ll be happy to rectify the situation at the earliest.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

You can track your order on the website. Simply enter your order number and your order status will be displayed online.

If the order is placed before 11.00am UAE time, then the order can be delivered the same day.

Orders received after 11.00am can be delivered the next day, however if you request the same day delivery will be do our best to accommodate.  Otherwise, you may select tomorrow's date for delivery. WILL YOU CALL THE RECIPIENT BEFORE DELIVERING?

Yes, it is our company policy to contact the recipient before making the delivery to ensure we have the correct address, and that the recipient is at that address during the time of delivery.

WHAT HAPPENS IN CASE THE RECIPIENT IS NOT AVAILABLE AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY?

If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the sender will be contacted and a second delivery attempt can be made either on the same day or the next business day. If you’re ordering flowers, chocolates, or other edible gifts, rest assured that all items are prepared again the next morning to maintain freshness. Your satisfaction is guaranteed!

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN DELIVERED?

You will receive three sets of communication after your purchase:
(i) Once your order has been processed you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your order.
(ii) Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a second email.
(iii) Once your order has been delivered you will receive the third and final email 

I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE A CUSTOM MADE GIFT HAMPER. CAN YOU DO THIS FOR ME? 

Yes with pleasure! You tell us what you would like to include in the basket and we will prepare a bespoke hamper on cue to your specifications.

I WANT TO PERSONALISE THE GIFT HAMPER I HAVE CHOSEN, CAN YOU DO THIS?

Certainly, we can include corporate coloured ribbons, messages, personalized ribbon, customized chocolates and so much more, just ask our Customer Services team for ideas

DO YOU STOCK and SELL ALCOHOL?

In accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, we do not sell alcohol.

WHAT HAPPENS IF SOMETHING IS OUT OF STOCK?

Whilst every effort is made to supply items as specified, the contents of each gift are subject to availability.  Mange Tout Gifts Trading LLC reserves the right to substitute any items where appropriate, and guarantee that all replacements are of equal or greater value
